Modular Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Filters for Integration and Service
Product Introduction
This stainless steel wire mesh filter family is designed not just as a passive element but as a serviceable sub-system for process lines. Each filter module (cartridge, basket or panel) is engineered for repeatable removal/installation, in-line cleaning (CIP/backwash) and straightforward integrity checks — reducing unplanned downtime and simplifying vendor qualification. For solvent, steam or high-temperature streams where polymer media fail, sintered multilayer cartridges and welded assemblies deliver sub-micron capture with mechanical robustness.
Quality control
We package modules with standardized mechanical drawings, material certificates (MTC / EN10204.3.1 on request), and test reports: dimensional check, mesh count verification, flow vs ΔP curve, and bubble-point or particle retention tests where applicable. These QA deliverables mirror what engineering procurement teams expect on B2B marketplaces and OEM RFQs.
From a supply chain perspective, we offer (a) rapid sample sheets and short-run cartridges for pilot trials (typical 5–12 working days), (b) batch production with traceable heat numbers and optional third-party testing, and (c) modular spare kits (pre-staged pleats / cores) to shorten turnaround during plant turnarounds. Lead times and MOQ vary by material & finish — customers commonly select 304/316 for standard orders and duplex or exotic alloys for aggressive chemistries.
Product Specification Sheet

Working Principle
Stainless steel wire mesh filters separate solid particles from fluids or gases by physical interception. The woven or sintered mesh forms stable and repeatable openings, allowing media to pass through while particles larger than the designed aperture are retained on the surface or within the mesh layers. Compared with disposable fiber filter media, metal mesh elements maintain structural integrity under temperature fluctuation, pressure variation and repeated cleaning cycles.
Application Scope
These filters are commonly used in chemical processing, oil and gas pipelines, hydraulic systems, food and beverage processing lines, pharmaceutical production, powder recovery systems and environmental filtration equipment.
