Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Filters Precision Filtration Elements for Industrial
Product Introduction
Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Filters provide reliable, corrosion-resistant filtration across liquids and gases for refinery, chemical, food & beverage, pharma, power, and water-treatment systems. By combining selectable weave geometry, wire diameter and layer count, these filters deliver predictable retention curves, low pressure drop per unit area and long in-service life compared with polymer media in demanding environments.
Design & Manufacturing
We offer woven and welded constructions: plain weave for general-purpose screening; twill and Dutch weaves for tighter control of pore distribution; crimped meshes for structural rigidity; and welded grids when dimensional stability under pulsation is required. Multi-layer (stacked) or pleated assemblies increase open area while achieving finer cut sizes; sintered wire mesh composites are available where absolute retention and mechanical cohesion are required. Edges and end fittings (flanges, slip-on sleeves, welded collars) are finished to installation specification.
Product Specification Sheet

Filtration Performance
Filtration rating is controlled by mesh count, wire diameter and weave type. Dutch weave with fine weft and coarse warp produces very fine filtration with low permeability loss, suitable for oil mist, coolant filtration and gas entrainment removal. Pleated cylindrical cartridges maximize media area in compact housings, delivering high dirt holding capacity and low ΔP. We provide retention curves, expected beta ratios (βx) and initial pressure-drop data per configuration to aid system selection.
Applications & Advantages
Typical uses include turbine lube oil filtration, hydraulic systems, solvent recovery, catalyst protection, HVAC coil protection, food-grade liquid clarification and flue gas particulate pre-filtration. Key advantages: metal media resists thermal, chemical and mechanical stress; elements are serviceable (backwashable or cleanable by ultrasonic/solvent/chemistry); and configurations support sanitary or heavy-duty industrial standards.
Quality, Testing & Service
Elements are supplied with material certificates (EN/ASTM), dimensional inspection and optional particle retention testing. Custom fabrication includes pleating, welding, brazing and sintering. We offer on-site sampling, performance trials and recommended regeneration/maintenance plans to optimize lifecycle cost.
