Description of Gabion Basket
This 3m×1m×1m galvanized gabion basket is woven from high-tensile steel wire with hot-dip galvanized treatment, featuring strong anti-rust and salt-corrosion resistance, perfectly suitable for harsh coastal tidal and salt spray environments. The flexible hexagonal diamond mesh structure boasts great tensile strength, impact resistance and excellent water permeability, which can balance internal and external water pressure to avoid slope collapse caused by wave erosion and tide scouring.
After being filled with stones, these standard-size gabion baskets are widely used in seawall reinforcement, breakwater construction, coastal embankment protection, tidal flat regulation and shoreline stabilization projects. They can adapt to slight foundation deformation without cracking, reserve gaps for vegetation growth to achieve ecological coastal restoration, and support fast on-site assembly to save construction time and labor cost. Gabion Basket Material
1. Materials: hot dipped galvanized wire or PVC coated galvanized wire, Galfan coated wire ( Zinc 95% + 5% Aluminum).
2. Zinc coating : 225-275g/m2.
3. Tensile strength between 380N/mm2 -- 500N/mm2.
4. Elongation≥ 12%.
