Product Description
Gabion basket, also known as gabion mesh, green grid, gabion retaining wall, Reynolds pad, reinforced gabion, gabion cage, etc., is a widely used material structure in recent years for traffic, water conservancy, municipal, gardens, soil and water conservation and other engineering projects.
It is made up of corrosion-resistant, high-strength, low-carbon galvanized steel wire or 5% to 10% thin alloy-coated steel wire (or homogeneous-coated polymer steel wire) that is twisted by machine into hexagonal mesh mesh. The length of the double-hinged parts should not be less than 5 cm, so as to not destroy the protecting coating of the steel wire. For more detail, please refer to industry standard YB/T4221-2010.
Gabion mesh can be assembled according to engineering design requirements, into boxes, filled with blocks and stones and other materials and connected into one, and used as embankment, roadbed protection and other engineering new technology.

Stone cage net is mainly used to guide the river water. Rivers tend to follow the inherent flow channel, which may be a natural bend channel. In the event of a flood, with its huge and fast-flowing water quantity, the water will be under the inertia, tending to straighten its flow and violently impact the original channel and dam, possibly diverting the river and causing great disaster.
In order to reduce the rapid water erosion of the embankment, Stone Cage Cage or Stone Cage Mat is installed inside the embankment or along the edge of the channel.
