Using a layered, graded wire matrix, the pads promote impingement coalescence and drainage, allowing condensate to return to the process stream rather than being carried downstream. Manufacturing & Quality Control

Nonmetallic elements are tested for thermal and chemical stability.

Installation & Maintenance

Install modules into support rings or cradle systems with orientation marks visible to ensure correct drainage direction. Allow small radial clearance for thermal growth and ensure uniform inlet distribution using diffuser plates or perforated baffles. Routine maintenance typically consists of periodic inspection and low pressure water or solvent flushing. Severely fouled elements can be removed individually for offline cleaning or replacement.
