Compact High Performance Wire Mesh Demister Pads Low Energy Loss are engineered mist eliminators designed to remove entrained liquid droplets and aerosols from gas streams while occupying minimal internal vessel space. The product balances superior droplet capture with low flow resistance to reduce blower and pump power requirements, making it ideal for retrofit projects and space constrained new builds.
A sequence of knitted or woven wire layers creates a graded coalescing matrix. Large droplets are intercepted by coarse outer layers while finer mist is progressively captured in inner fine layers. Coalesced liquid drains by gravity back into the process, preventing carryover and protecting downstream equipment.

Nonmetallic versions undergo chemical compatibility and thermal stability testing.
Install modules following orientation marks so drainage faces the return path. Ensure uniform inlet distribution using diffusers or perforated plates to avoid channeling. Leave small thermal clearance to the shell to prevent binding. Routine maintenance typically includes visual inspection and occasional low pressure washing; heavily soiled units can be removed module by module for offline cleaning or replacement.
