The panel uses a 75 x 150mm mesh, a compromise between visibility and material weight for roadside use. Four shallow 3D folds run along the panel to control bending under wind load. Round posts are fitted with a weather cap and drilled to accept the clamp at a fixed height, which removes guesswork on site. The galvanized coating is applied after all welding and cutting, so the zinc covers the weld points and cut ends that normally start to rust first.

Post System and Installation

The system is installed by setting round posts in concrete at 2.5m centres, sliding the panel into the clamps and tightening the bolts. No welding, cutting or painting is required. Because the clamps are factory-set, panels line up quickly even when several crews work on different sections. We supply a simple setting-out plan with chainage marks, post spacing and gate positions. For highway work, panels can be delivered in run sequence so the site team does not need to sort mixed pallets.
