Technical Specifications

Panel Structure and Detail

The panel is welded on a fixed jig so the mesh pitch stays consistent across production batches. After welding, the sheet is folded into four 3D profiles to add stiffness. The PVC coating is applied over a galvanized core, and the coating thickness is checked at the edges where wear is most likely. Posts are cut, punched and capped to the same drawing, so replacement panels from later batches fit the original post system. For OEM orders, we keep a production drawing on file for repeat runs.

Post System and Installation

Square posts are set in concrete or base plates, depending on whether the site needs a permanent or movable system. Panels are fixed with clamps and bolts, and the post spacing can be adjusted to suit the panel width. Because the system is modular, damaged panels can be replaced without removing the posts. We provide assembly drawings and a packing list for each batch. For rental fleets, we can add identification plates and supply a recommended spares ratio for clamps and bolts.

Packing and Delivery

Lead time is normally 15 to 25 days after drawing and colour approval, depending on the custom specification.
