Panel Structure and Detail
The panel is welded from 5.5mm wire on a fixed jig and then folded into four V-shaped profiles. The heavier wire requires a slower weld cycle, which we control to avoid weak points at the intersections. The folded edges are turned back and crimped, so there is no exposed wire end to catch clothing or create a climbing step. Peach posts are reinforced at the clamp zone to carry the panel load without local deformation.
Post System and Installation
Posts are set in concrete at 3.0m centres, with footings sized for the local wind load and soil condition. Panels are lifted into the peach post and fixed with heavy clamps and tamper-resistant bolts. Because the panel is large and heavy, we recommend a two-person lift or a small lifting frame. Setting-out drawings show post positions, gate openings and any changes in direction. For high-security sites, we can supply matching cranked tops and anti-dig plinths.

Packing and Delivery
Panels are stacked with heavy protective film and steel corner guards, then strapped to reinforced pallets. Posts and clamps are packed separately by fence run. Because of the panel weight, loading plans are prepared to keep each pallet within safe handling limits. Lead time is normally 15 to 22 days after deposit, depending on accessory and coating requirements.
