Panel Structure and Detail
The panel is built to a project drawing, with the mesh pitch, wire diameter and fold positions fixed before production. The 3D folds are set out so the panel keeps its shape across the full width, even when the panel is produced in a non-standard size. Square posts are punched to match the panel clamps, and the post cap is welded and sealed. Each batch is checked against the approval drawing before coating and packing.
Post System and Installation
Posts are set in concrete at the panel width, and panels are fixed with clamps and bolts. The square post face makes it easy to keep the fence line parallel to sports field markings and building walls. Because panels are made to size, site cutting is avoided and the finished line stays neat. We supply approval drawings before production and a setting-out plan for installation. For projects with multiple panel sizes, each size is labelled and packed separately.
